Manager's Greeting

  • A message from the General Manager Y's Hotel Shin Osaka

In April 2026, I assumed the position of General Manager of Y's Hotel Shin Osaka.
Shin Shin-Osaka is a major artery connecting the east and west of Japan, a city where countless dramas unfold every day.Stepping off Shinkansen are business people, burdened with minute-by-minute schedules and heavy responsibilities, readjusting their ties. And there are the tourists, their hearts filled with anticipation for the journey that is about to begin, exchanging smiles with each other. You won't find another area in all of Japan where the overwhelming energy of business and the fresh excitement of travel coexist so dynamically.
That is why I am so convinced that in this turbulent city, our role should go beyond simply "providing accommodation."
In this bustling city where people from all over the world gather, what we can offer our guests is not just state-of-the-art facilities or mere lodging space.
    "Hospitality is everything."
This is my one and only belief, and the soul of Y's Hotel Shin Osaka.
A warm word from the staff that makes you feel at home, easing the tension of a business day; heartfelt guidance that transcends language barriers and transforms travel anxieties into peace of mind; and proactive attention that anticipates the customer's needs, something you can't achieve even by reading manuals hundreds of times. In today's world, where efficiency and digitalization are advancing rapidly, we believe that the "heartfelt warmth" that arises from human interaction is the greatest added value, something that cannot be replaced by anything else.
We have absolutely no intention of resting on our laurels just because we are located in the convenient Shin-Osaka area. Our goal is not just to be a transit point, but to become a place and staff that customers choose to stay in Shin-Osaka because "Y's Hotel is there."
My vision for this hotel is one where each and every staff member takes pride in their work, shines as the main character, and that radiance illuminates the lobby, fills the guest rooms, and embraces the hearts of all our guests.
Believing in the power of hospitality, we promise our customers an unforgettable experience in the special city of Shin-Osaka.
